Gallery of The Cabana and Amenities
The Cabana at Stonehaven is like being in a private resort, but with an edgy Glamping feel.
The main room of the Cabana is a cozy spot to relax, read, or reflect. No TV, no Internet, no Wifi -all distractions from being in the moment.
The bedroom has a queen bed, nightstands, shelves and a small closet.
The main room has a loft.
The 12x16 dining pavilion adjacent to the Cabana, with lights and a ceiling fan.
The Cabana deck also has a seating area.
The wading pool slopes gently from zero to three feet deep.
Fire pit by the water, with stone seats.
We proudly support our LGBTQ community.
Stonehaven has a private pickleball court just off the quarry, available for guests.
Set up Adirondack chairs in shallow water to stay cool and enjoy the view.
Or set them up on the east wall to watch the sunset over the quarry.
The Cabana pantry has full refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, induction hot plate, Coleman stove.
Gas grill with side burner is over by the stone serving tables.
The Changing Shed has four changing rooms for guests, along with shelves for bag stowage.
There is no plumbing at the Cabana, so there is a clean, private (to you and your guests) portable toilet a few steps away.
We do have an outdoor shower rigged up, running off the quarry pool. In the summer the water temp is about 80F. Not hot, but not cold.
Next to the shower is a depression in the stone that serves as a tub. The sun heats this up to about 90F in the summer.
Fire pit at night, great for toasting marshmallows and making s'mores.
The Cabana at night with rope lights under the eaves.
Bridge lights at night.
Of course, guests have access to the Sculpture Park and a guided tour with the artist.
Stonehaven has moss-covered walking trails through the surrounding woods, and the Milford-Brookline rail trail is nearby.
Guests can rake the Zen Garden or play bocce on the lawn by the Long Garden.
